Insomnia
Insomnia
At some point in their lives, nearly half of all adults have brief periods of difficulty sleeping. About 10% of this group experience insomnia, an ongoing sleep problem. People with insomnia may have problems falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early. There are different types of insomnia, and a sleep study and evaluation at Red River Sleep Center can help diagnose insomnia. Treatment is based on your individual needs and may include lifestyle changes, light therapy, and short-term use of medications.
